To start using the Sense4FIT APP just follow these steps:

Starting the 3rd of November you can get a referral code on sense4fit.com or you can receive a referral code from one of our Sense4FIT ambassadors and trainers. Follow Sense4FIT social media platforms and stay connected: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
Sense4FIT CLUB is your community, your tribe! Invite friends to join your club using your custom Sense4FIT CLUB referral code and get rewarded.
To invite friends to your Sense4FIT CLUB, use your referral code. Select My Club from the main menu. From the bottom of the screen share “My club code” and select the distribution channel you prefer.
You can connect numerous fitness trackers and health apps to the Sense4FIT app to allow access to Health data. You can directly connect to Google Fit, Apple Health and more than 500 fitness trackers, smartwatches and other apps through our partnership with Thryve (eg. Amazfit, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Omron, Polar, Samsung Health, Strava, Withings, and many more with your app).

SFIT is the utility token used in the Sense4FIT ecosystem for multiple use cases like rewards, payments, staking and more.
To have access to the fit2earn section of the app and earn SFIT you need to own an NFT (see How to buy an NFT). Once you have an NFT, work out and join challenges to win SFIT tokens. To be eligible to win SFIT tokens you need to have the minimum BPM and burned calories detailed in each challenge.

Sense4FIT Club Program is a two-level reward program and you can earn SFIT by inviting friends to join your Sense4FIT Club.
Level 1 - For each friend that joins your Sense4FIT CLUB using your referral code, you get 25 SFIT.
Level 2 - For each new user that friends from your Sense4FIT CLUB invite and join the Sense4FIT app, you get an extra 10 SFIT.

All types of physical and fitness activities can bring you SFIT. You can choose your own workout or you can select from our library, “Sense4FIT workout”. To be eligible to win SFIT tokens you will have a target to reach a minimum BPM and total calories burned.

Sense4FIT provides premium workouts from first-class trainers in all your favorite categories: Yoga - Pilates - Functional Training - Bodyweight Training - Cardio Kick. You can also select workouts pending on your workout target area: Arms - Back etc. Or you can select a preferred trainer from the list in the app.

All our workouts can be completed with no special equipment, using your body weight. Each workout description will let you know what equipment is recommended by the trainer but they will provide you with modifications during the workout in case you don’t have the equipment available.
